The natural ingredients are inoculated with koji after cooking and fermented in cedar barrels for at least two summers without further heating.
Nama-Tamari is described as the gold standard among the best types of tamari (“Nama” means raw, unpasteurized in Japan). Its taste is unsurpassed.
In order to preserve the living properties (valuable enzymes, vital substances, proven microorganisms) of the very carefully produced Nama-BioTamari, it is transported for SOYANA refrigerated to Europe, as the temperatures in normal containers reach 60°C and more when crossing the equator twice.
The SOYANA Nama BioTamari gives salads, green shakes, soups, sauces and spreads a hearty taste.
