In the balance of a specially developed and lovingly cared for fermentation process, a lively, refreshing drink is created from the organic ingredients: Chi. Pronunciation: Chii (ˈtʃiː)

The enclosed carbonic acid is not added, but forms naturally in the Chi through the fermentation in the bottle, just like champagne.

A little alcohol (0.5 to max. 1% vol.) developes in the process, but it is quickly degraded with the help of the active enzymes. The Chi is filled without heating and thus remains alive.
