Gluten-free Organic Sourdough Whole Grain Bread 100g in 20 pieces pack
20 freshly baked gluten-free organic sourdough whole-grain loaves, naturally fermented for 18 hours. No added starch.
Store at room temperature (approx. 20°C) and consume within 5 days. Refrigerating the bread after receipt extends its shelf life by 5 days. It can be toasted or briefly baked in the oven at approximately 180°C.
The fresh bread can be frozen (-18°C). This extends its shelf life by 3 to 6 months.
Ingredients: Water**, gluten-free whole grain oat flour*, sorghum flour*, brown millet flour*, whole grain rice flour*, psyllium husks*, rock salt.
