Millet is a nutrient-rich, gluten-free ancient grain that is high in iron, magnesium, silicon (silicic acid), and B vitamins. These minerals are naturally present in millet milk as well.
It is filling and easily digestible, and its mineral content promotes healthy skin, hair, and bones.
Millet milk is versatile and can be enjoyed warm or added to muesli and porridge.
Alkaline diet: Millet is an alkalizing food that can contribute to a balanced acid-base level in the body.
Soyana uses high-oleic organic sunflower oil because, like olive oil, it contains a high proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids (75%), which are stable when heated. In contrast, the polyunsaturated fatty acids in regular (organic) sunflower oil (60%) break down when heated and become free radicals in the bloodstream.
