Organic glutenfree SOURDOUGH WHOLE GRAIN bread 100 g  in 20 pieces pack

20 freshly baked gluten-free organic sourdough whole-grain loaves, naturally fermented for 18 hours. No added starch.

High in fiber, low in sugar, wheat-free, gluten-free, baker's yeast-free and baking powder-free.

Store at room temperature (approx. 20°C) and consume within 5 days. Refrigeration upon arrival (approx. +5°C) extends the shelf life by 5 days. Can be toasted or briefly warmed in the oven at approx. 180°C.
Fresh bread can be frozen (-18°C). This extends the shelf life by 3 to 6 months.


Ingredients: Water**, gluten-free whole grain oat flour*, sorghum flour*, brown millet flour*, whole grain rice flour*, psyllium husks*, rock salt.
