Organic barley soy miso in raw food quality. Traditional fermented in cedar over two summers, not pasteurized.
Store refrigerated!

Production: After cooking, the natural ingredients are inoculated with koji, fermented in cedar barrels and matured, without further heating, for at least two summers.
Nama-Miso is described as the gold standard among the best types of miso (“Nama” means raw, unpasteurized in Japan).
It's taste is unmatched.
In order to preserve the lively properties of the very carefully produced organic Nama Miso, SOYANA transports it to Europe refrigerated, as the temperatures in normal containers reach 60°C and more when crossing the equator twice.

Use: A teaspoon (approx. 6 g) of SOYANA organic Nama Barley-Miso daily gives salads, green shakes, soups, sauces and spreads a hearty taste. Unheated, it gives consumers active enzymes and microorganisms that have been proven for a long time to be very effective.
Tip: roll a third of a teaspoon full in a green leaf.
Recommendation: Use in raw foods (up to 45°C warm) to introduce the microorganisms and enzymes to naturally promote digestion.

A 250g pack contains about 41 daily portions of 6g.
